1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jilig (operated under the domain jilig.cam, hereinafter referred to as "jilig", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilig online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, services, and content (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein or published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the jilig Platform and refrain from creating or accessing an account.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and permitted under applicable local, regional, and national laws. The jilig Platform is primarily intended for users residing in the Republic of the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. jilig expressly disclaims any liability for violations of local gaming laws by users.

2.3 Account Restrictions

You may maintain only one (1) account on the jilig Platform. Creation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false or fraudulent information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action. You are not permitted to create an account if you have previously had an account suspended or terminated by jilig for any reason.

2.4 Mental Capacity and Authority

You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. You must not be under any legal, medical, or other incapacity that would prevent you from understanding or complying with these Terms. You represent and warrant that you are using your own funds, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you have full authority to bind yourself to this Agreement.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access most jilig Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred payment method details. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to immediately notify jilig of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. jilig shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3.3 Account Verification

jilig reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and source of funds documentation. You agree to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by jilig. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure. All verification processes are conducted in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

3.4 Account Suspension and Termination

jilig reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; use of prohibited gaming strategies; abusive behavior toward staff or other users; or upon request by regulatory authorities. Upon termination, any outstanding balance in your account (excluding bonuses and promotional funds) will be returned to you, subject to completion of any pending investigations and verification requirements.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your jilig account using approved payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Unionbank), and other methods made available on the Platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the Platform. Deposit processing times vary by payment method. jilig does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose charges. All deposits must originate from payment accounts in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of available funds from your account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements, wagering requirements on bonuses, and any applicable withdrawal limits. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified for each payment method, typically ranging from 30 minutes to 72 hours. jilig reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts in your own name registered during account creation. jilig may charge withdrawal fees for excessive withdrawal requests or specific payment methods, as disclosed on the Platform.

4.3 Currency

All financial transactions on the jilig Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. If you deposit funds in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate, and conversion fees may apply.

4.4 Wagering and Balance Use

Your account balance consists of deposited funds, winnings, and any bonus funds credited to your account. Real money and bonus funds are maintained in separate balances. Real money is always used first for wagering activities. Bonus funds are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiration dates as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the jilig Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by jilig or any third party. jilig regularly subjects its gaming systems to independent audits to verify compliance with industry fairness standards.

5.2 Prohibited Gaming Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or any software designed to interfere with normal Platform operation
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in live games
• Fraudulent activity, including chargeback fraud or use of stolen payment methods
• Arbitrage betting or coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit odds discrepancies
• Any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or market manipulation

5.3 Game Results and Disputes

All game results are final and binding once displayed on the Platform. In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or software error, jilig reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund stakes. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify jilig customer support within 24 hours of the game completion. All disputes are subject to investigation, and jilig's determination regarding game results shall be final and binding.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, jilig may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, or other incentives (collectively, "Promotions") to users. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal conditions. Promotion terms are published on the Platform and form part of this Agreement.

jilig reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of Promotions, including creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated wagering patterns, or other fraudulent behavior, will result in forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account termination. Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are limited to one per person, household, IP address, or payment method.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jilig is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide various tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. These limits become effective immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period. You may also request temporary self-exclusion for a period of your choosing, ranging from 24 hours to 6 months, or permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account or participate in any gaming activities on the jilig Platform.

If you believe you may be experiencing problem gambling behavior, we encourage you to seek professional help through organizations such as the National Center for Mental Health or other recognized gambling addiction support services. jilig strictly enforces all age restrictions and will immediately terminate accounts of underage individuals.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, features, functionality, software, designs, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and other intellectual property displayed on or available through the jilig Platform are the exclusive property of jilig, our licensors, or content providers, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or materials obtained from the Platform without prior written consent from jilig. Unauthorized use of jilig intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JILIG, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, AND CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform or Services
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform
• Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical malfunctions, system failures, or network interruptions
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content or game results

IN NO EVENT SHALL JILIG'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR PHP 10,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to jilig. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy, including the collection and processing of personal information necessary to provide Services, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

jilig implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

11. Modifications to Terms

jilig reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through email notification, Platform announcement, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Platform or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for resolution of any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.

No waiver by jilig of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by jilig to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
